8-Week hepatitis c treatment shows promise in clearing virus

Summary
This study follows 30 people with a specific type of hepatitis C who have mild to moderate liver scarring. All participants are already receiving a two-drug treatment (ravidasvir + sofosbuvir) as part of their regular care. Researchers will check if the virus is cleared from their blood after 8 weeks of treatment and monitor them for 12 weeks after treatment ends to see if it stays gone.
