ICU blood thinner safety study for kidney patients

Summary
This study aims to find the safest and most effective blood thinner for intensive care patients with kidney problems. Researchers will observe over 1,100 critically ill patients to see which medication best prevents dangerous blood clots while minimizing bleeding risks. The goal is to help doctors choose the right blood thinner for patients with impaired kidney function.
