Summary
This study aims to find the best dose of a medicine called methylene blue, when mixed with a local numbing drug, to reduce pain after a common type of hemorrhoid surgery. Researchers will compare different strengths of the medicine mix in 177 adults having the surgery. The main goal is to see which dose best controls pain and improves recovery in the days and weeks after the operation.
