Summary
This study compares a new surgical technique (low excision and high suspension) to the standard Milligan-Morgan procedure for people with severe (grade III-IV) mixed hemorrhoids. The goal is to see which method better relieves symptoms and prevents hemorrhoids from coming back within a year. About 120 adults aged 18-70 who have not improved with other treatments will take part.
