Cream for hemorrhoid pain and bleeding under the microscope

Summary
This study is observing how well a prescription cream containing nifedipine and lidocaine works for people with painful, bleeding, or protruding hemorrhoids. It will follow 80 adults already using this cream as part of their regular care for about a month. The main goal is to see if the cream reduces their symptoms and improves their quality of life.
