One-Shot gene therapy aims to free patients from lifelong bleeding disorder treatments
NCT ID NCT06700096
Summary
This study is testing whether a single dose of an experimental gene therapy called ANB-002 can control bleeding as well as, or better than, the standard preventive injections of clotting factor (FIX) in adults with severe hemophilia B. Participants will first be monitored for 6 months while on their standard treatment, then receive the one-time gene therapy infusion and be followed for up to 5 years. The main goal is to see if the therapy reduces the annual rate of bleeding episodes.
