Summary
This study is testing how well a medication called Altuviiio works to help children with severe hemophilia A develop tolerance to standard treatments. Participants will receive Altuviiio along with another preventive medication (Hemlibra) to control bleeding. The goal is to understand if this combination approach can help the body accept treatment more effectively over time.
