Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new drug called Hemay5087 in 24 people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments or have no standard options. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and get a first look at whether the drug can shrink tumors. Participants will receive the drug by IV once every three weeks.
