Summary
This study tested a program to help children aged 8 to 14 from single-parent, low-income, or left-behind families in Shenzhen improve their emotional regulation. 183 children took part in four group sessions and a booster session. The program aimed to teach better coping strategies and boost happiness and family relationships.
