NCT ID NCT06250712

First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study compares two portable heart monitors—a continuous patch worn on the chest and a handheld device used as needed—to see which one better detects arrhythmias (irregular heartbeats) in people who have symptoms but a normal in-clinic ECG. About 588 adults who can use a smartphone will wear each device for one month. The goal is to improve diagnosis and guide cost-effective care.
