Summary
This study compares two different injection treatments for people with long-lasting heel pain from plantar fasciitis. Researchers will inject either concentrated platelets from the patient's own blood or bone marrow cells into the painful heel tissue. The goal is to see which treatment better reduces pain and improves walking ability over two years.
