Summary

This study tests a minimally invasive procedure to treat chronic heel pain from plantar fasciitis in adults aged 25 to 80. Doctors inject a temporary blocking agent into foot arteries to reduce pain. Participants will be followed for one year to see if pain decreases and if the procedure is safe.
