Summary

This early-stage study tests a procedure called lateral plantar artery embolization for people with long-lasting heel pain from plantar fasciitis. The goal is to see if blocking certain blood vessels with a temporary agent can safely reduce pain. Ten adults aged 25 to 80 who have not found relief from other treatments will be followed for one year.
