Summary
This study tests a procedure called radiofrequency ablation for people with chronic heel pain that hasn't improved with other treatments like physical therapy, shoe inserts, or injections. The procedure uses ultrasound to guide a needle that delivers heat to a small nerve in the heel, aiming to reduce pain. Researchers will check pain levels and function at 1 and 3 months after the procedure in 31 adults.
