Summary
This study compares two surgical approaches for severe heel bone fractures caused by falls or accidents. Researchers will follow 40 patients with complex fractures to see whether standard repair or repair plus joint fusion leads to better foot function and less pain. The goal is to determine which surgical method provides better long-term results for these challenging injuries.
