Summary
This study tests a new drug called HEC169096 in people with advanced solid tumors, including thyroid cancer and non-small cell lung cancer. The drug targets a specific genetic change (RET mutation or fusion) that helps some cancers grow. The study has two parts: first finding the safest dose, then checking how well the drug shrinks tumors. About 456 participants will take part.
