Summary
This study looked at how women and men respond differently to hard exercise in hot, humid conditions. 108 healthy adults did 5 days of exercise in the heat, with some also drinking an antioxidant berry juice. Researchers measured body temperature, heart rate, sweat, thinking skills, and physical performance to find ways to prevent heat illness and improve safety.
