NCT ID NCT06907225

First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study aims to find biological markers (biomarkers) that can help predict who is at risk for heat stroke during intense military training, and how to improve recovery. Researchers will monitor 150 soldiers before, during, and after high-risk events like timed runs and ruck marches. By comparing those who get heat stroke with those who don't, they hope to improve return-to-duty decisions and long-term health outcomes.
