Summary

This study tests whether combining heat therapy (hyperthermia) with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution can clear stubborn viral warts that haven't responded to other treatments. About 80 adults with warts lasting 2+ years will receive the combo treatment. The goal is to see if this approach improves wart clearance and reduces recurrence.
