Summary
This study aims to understand how exposure to high temperatures during the day, night, or both affects healthy young people. About 50 participants will spend time in controlled warm rooms while researchers measure their heart, lung, kidney, and brain function, along with mood and stress levels. The goal is to learn how heat impacts different body systems to better understand health risks.
