Summary

This study will test a new way to help people with type 2 diabetes in Bangladesh get better care. It combines community health workers with clinic services to follow the World Health Organization's HEARTS-D guidelines. About 5,000 adults aged 35 and older will take part. The goal is to see if this approach helps more people control their blood sugar and stick with treatment.
