Summary
This study tests a mobile app called "Heart Voice: Starry Journey" designed to help parents and caregivers of children with autism feel more flexible and less stressed. Over 6 weeks, caregivers use the app to engage with stories and exercises based on acceptance and commitment therapy. The goal is to see if the app improves mental health and reduces anxiety and depression compared to usual care.
