New app aims to ease stress for parents of kids with autism

Summary

This study tests a mobile app called "Heart Voice: Starry Journey" designed to help parents and caregivers of children with autism feel more flexible and less stressed. About 52 caregivers will use the app for 6 weeks, doing interactive stories and exercises based on acceptance and commitment therapy. The goal is to see if it improves their mental health and reduces anxiety and depression compared to those who continue with their usual routine.
