Heart valve safety check completed in china
NCT ID NCT05330468
Summary
This study checked the safety and performance of Abbott's Regent mechanical heart valve in 200 Chinese adults who needed an aortic valve replacement. It was an observational study that followed patients after their valve was implanted to see how well it worked and if there were any serious problems. The main goals were to see if patients remained free from valve-related deaths and if they needed additional surgeries on the valve.
