Heart valve showdown: Less-Invasive procedure vs. surgery for seniors

Summary
This study compares two ways to fix a leaky heart valve in people aged 60 and older. Researchers want to see if a less-invasive catheter procedure works as well and is as safe as traditional open-heart surgery over the long term. The trial will follow 450 participants for up to 10 years to track survival, hospital visits, and quality of life.
