Plugging the leak: new device aims to fix dangerous heart valve gaps

Summary
This study is testing a small plug device to seal leaks that can form around surgically replaced heart valves. The leaks can cause heart failure or severe anemia. Researchers will implant the plug in 200 adults with significant leaks to see if it safely and effectively closes the gap and improves their health.
