Can an MRI scan predict your Heart's recovery?

Summary
This study aims to learn if a special heart MRI scan taken before a minimally invasive valve clip procedure can predict how well a patient's heart will recover. Researchers will follow about 125 adults with heart failure and a leaky heart valve who are getting the clip. They will use MRI scans and questionnaires to see if the amount of scarring in the heart muscle is linked to better outcomes six months later.
