Hidden heart problem? new test aims to find cause of unexplained chest pain
NCT ID NCT07337005
Summary
This study aims to test a new, more detailed heart procedure to better diagnose patients who have chest pain (angina) but no major blockages in their main heart arteries. Researchers want to see if this procedure is safe, reliable, and can accurately identify problems with the tiny blood vessels or spasms in the heart. About 100 participants who are already scheduled for a standard heart catheterization will have extra measurements taken during that same procedure and will track their symptoms for up to a year.
