Heart showdown: surgery vs. stents for diabetics

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common heart procedures works better for people with diabetes and severe blockages in three major heart arteries. It will compare coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery with a newer, more precise type of stent procedure called state-of-the-art PCI. The goal is to see which method leads to fewer heart attacks, strokes, or deaths, and provides better long-term quality of life.
