Summary
This study is comparing two different drugs, aminophylline and furosemide, to see which one works better to help patients pass excess fluid after heart surgery. The goal is to find a safer way to manage fluid levels and potentially protect the kidneys from a common complication. It involves 106 adults having planned heart surgery.
