Summary

This study aims to find the best dose of a common drug (tranexamic acid) used to control bleeding during heart surgery. Researchers will compare three different dosing plans in 150 patients to see which one works longest to prevent bleeding problems while minimizing side effects like seizures. The goal is to gather evidence for a standard, safer dosing guideline.
