Trial tests new stent to cut blood thinner time for dangerous heart blockage

NCT ID NCT05650411

Summary

This study is for people with a serious blockage in their main heart artery (left main coronary artery). It will test if using a new, thin-structure heart stent allows patients to safely take blood thinners for a shorter time. Researchers want to see if this approach is as safe and effective as the standard longer treatment, while potentially reducing the risk of bleeding.
