Summary
This study is testing whether a supplement called Heart & Soil's Whole Package can improve men's hormone health, strength, and virility. About 100 men will have their blood tested for testosterone and other hormones, and fill out symptom surveys. The goal is to see if the supplement helps manage age-related hormone changes.
