Summary
This study is testing whether a supplement called Heart & Soil's Lifeblood can improve iron levels and reduce tiredness. About 100 adults in the US will take the supplement and report their energy levels using a questionnaire. They will also check their iron and ferritin levels at home with a simple test kit.
