Heart scan secrets: predicting your cardiac future
NCT ID NCT07351825
Summary
This study looks back at existing heart MRI scans from 1,000 patients with coronary artery disease or previous heart attacks. Researchers want to see if specific measurements from these detailed scans can help predict who might experience serious heart problems in the future, like another heart attack or stroke. The goal is to improve how doctors assess long-term risk for patients with heart disease.
