Summary

This completed Phase 1 study tested whether a single dose of HSK3486, an anesthesia drug, affects the heart's electrical activity (QTc interval) in 48 healthy adults aged 18 to 45. Participants received either the drug, a placebo, or a positive control to compare effects. The goal was to gather safety information, not to treat any disease.
