Summary

This study tests a program to help older adults (60+) reduce their risk of heart disease by improving nutrition and managing chronic conditions. The program takes place at community senior centers where participants already eat meals. Researchers will check if the program is easy to use and if it helps lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar.
