Summary
This study is testing a new, step-by-step plan for managing irregular heartbeats that can occur after a minimally invasive heart valve replacement. It aims to see if this plan can safely reduce the number of patients who need a permanent pacemaker implanted after the procedure. The study will enroll 2,000 patients to compare outcomes against previous practices.
