Summary
This study aims to understand if the body's stress response system is different in people who experience positional vertigo (BPPV). Researchers will measure heart rate patterns in 104 people with vertigo and compare them to healthy individuals. The goal is to gather knowledge about the biological link between stress, the nervous system, and vertigo episodes.
