First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at how the length of time used to measure heart rate variability (HRV) affects the results and how those results relate to blood pressure. Researchers will record HRV for 20 minutes in 40 healthy adults and compare data from 1-minute, 5-minute, 10-minute, and 20-minute segments. The goal is to help standardize HRV measurement methods for future research and clinical use.
