Looking back at heart procedure success rates
NCT ID NCT07435181
Summary
This study looks back at medical records to compare how well a heart procedure called radiofrequency ablation works for two different types of electrical pathway problems in the heart. Researchers will review data from 220 patients aged 5-60 who had the procedure between 2005-2023 at one hospital. The goal is to understand if the procedure works differently depending on whether the abnormal heart pathway was always visible on tests or only sometimes visible.
