Heart monitors track hidden arrhythmia risk in young patients
NCT ID NCT07436962
Summary
This study aims to better understand the risk of dangerous irregular heartbeats in young adults with a specific heart condition called mitral annular disjunction. Researchers will implant small heart monitors in 20 patients to track their heart rhythms for two years. The goal is to gather data that could help doctors decide when similar patients might need protective devices in the future.
