Summary

This study looks at how well different fitness tests work for people with severe mental illness, like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. Researchers will compare three ways to measure fitness in 75 participants (50 with mental illness and 25 healthy controls). The goal is to find a simple, accurate method to check heart and lung health in this group.
