Summary

This study is testing a heart health program for older adults who eat meals at community senior centers. Community health workers will teach participants about better nutrition and managing chronic heart conditions. The main goal is to see if this program is practical to run and if people like it, while also checking if it helps improve diet and heart risk factors like blood pressure and cholesterol.
