Summary
This study is testing if a diabetes drug called enavogliflozin can improve heart function and tiny blood vessel health in people who are obese and have type 2 diabetes. Researchers will compare the drug to a placebo (inactive pill) in 30 participants over 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug improves blood flow to the heart muscle and increases exercise capacity.
