Summary
This study tests whether a smartwatch-based monitoring system can help prevent sudden worsening of heart failure. Researchers will enroll 250 adults with stable heart failure and use wearable data to create a score that predicts when a patient might need hospital care. The goal is to reduce hospitalizations by catching problems early.
