New pill aims to ease heart failure symptoms in 60-patient trial

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called CK-4021586 in 60 adults with a type of heart failure where the heart pumps normally but is too stiff (HFpEF). The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can improve symptoms and heart function. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks.
