New injection aims to drain dangerous fluid from failing hearts
NCT ID NCT07318103
Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental injection called HRS-9057 can safely reduce dangerous fluid buildup in people hospitalized for heart failure. Researchers will compare it to a placebo (dummy injection) in about 118 participants to see if it helps patients lose excess fluid weight. The main goal is to see if the new treatment works better than current standard care for managing this serious complication.
