Summary

This study is testing whether an oral medication called levosimendan can help people with a specific type of heart failure combined with high blood pressure in the lungs. About 540 participants will take either the real drug or a placebo pill to see if it improves how far they can walk in 6 minutes and reduces their symptoms. The main goal is to see if the drug safely helps control the disease and improves daily life for these patients.
