New heart failure drug enters Mid-Stage testing

Summary

This study is testing an investigational drug called CK-4021586 in adults with a specific type of heart failure where the heart pumps normally but still causes symptoms like shortness of fatigue. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and see how the body processes the drug. About 60 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo for comparison.
